Cambelt

A timing belt or cambelt is part of an internal combustion engine that controls the timing of the engines valves.  The timing belt or cambelt connects the crankshaft to the camshafts which in turn controls the opening and the closing of the engine valves.
A timing belt or cambelt should be changed at a certain mileage or before, or age depending on the manufacturers recommendations.
The failure of a timing belt or cambelt can result in total failure of your engine resulting in a very expensive engine rebuild.

Our experienced technicians can advice you when your timing belt or cambelt needs to be changed.
